Ad Hoc Hours
Ad-hoc hours can be booked as and when the need arises and are charged at a fixed rate, with no ongoing commitment. I charge £30 per hour.
Retainer Hours
A retainer contract gives you a pre-paid, fixed amount of hours per month, to be used as needed. This allows you to budget monthly, without any surprise costs. I charge £30 per hour for retainer hours. Feel free to get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Retainer hours include briefing time.
Time is tracked and rounded up or down to the nearest 15 minutes.
Hours do not carry over from month-to-month. Retainer contracts come with a one month notice period, for both parties.
Payment Terms
For new clients (ad-hoc and retainer) I ask for a 50% deposit of the total cost upfront, before work commences, with the rest to be paid after the work has been completed. (For retainer hours the deposit will be 50% of 1 month’s hours). Work will commence on receipt of deposit. Remaining amount due, will be billed on the last day of the month, with payment to be made within 7 days of invoice being issued.
If you have requested ad-hoc hours I will provide an estimate of how long I think the work will take and base the invoice (and deposit) on this amount. If the work takes less/more time than I have anticipated, your final invoice will be amended to reflect this change in hours.
Existing clients will be billed in full, in arrears, at the end of each month. Payment is to be made within 7 days of the invoice being issued. Late payment fees may be applied to late payments.
Payment is by Bank Transfer only.
